Tips & Tricks to Social Media

When planning out your social media posts, always ask if the post does at least ONE of these things:

Does it Inspire?

Does it Engage?

Does it Educate?

These three are REALLY useful for engagement with your audience.

Here are some ideas for posts if you're in a rut!

  • Inspirational Quote, Project Leader Highlight, On-going Project, Sponsor Highlight, Fun Fact about the organization or about volunteering, yu can ask a question to your audience, or give testimonials from an event/project, and lastly, highlight any holidays.

  • Don't miss out on being fun and silly! Love Patterson is a GREAT example of that! Follow them on social media and watch their red heart go on adventures every week!

Audience Engagement

Don't be afraid to ENGAGE with your audience. Ask questions, give comments a "like" and answer messages that come in! You'll see a noticeable difference in interaction

Again... HAVE FUN!
