We are here to help: These steps below will help walk you through creating your first Event and project in your admin portal that then reflects on your front-end website. If you have questions or are running into issues, let us know!

Congratulations on getting your City's website off the ground! This may feel a little overwhelming to you at first, but we are here to help. Through this documentation page, our youtube tutorial, and email and Zoom communication, we believe in your success in navigating your new site with ease.

Your Login Information

You should have received an email welcoming you to your new website and admin portal. This is a singular login to access everything you need. If you need this resent, please email Danielle at: [email protected] OR Jon at [email protected].

There are two "sites" for you to be aware of. The "Admin Portal" is where you will edit events, projects, contacts, and essentially everything on the "back end"

The "Front-end" website is everything the public sees when they type your website URL into their browsers. You can manage and edit that as well with the SAME login information as your admin portal.
