Your "All Contacts" page gives you access to view, search, and manage your contacts. This view includes adults and their families.
A icon indicates they have a user account in the system
A icon indicates they are assigned as a family member to a user. If you have a custom field of "Date of Birth" added for contacts, it will auto-calculate their age for you.
From the dropdown on the right of each contact, click the "Edit User" option and a pop-up form will open with all their information.
For user accounts, you can manage the family members they have added to their profiles. This will add or remove contacts in your system without creating a user account
The "Delete" option will ask for a confirmation of removal when clicked. This will delete the contact as well as remove the user from your system. This cannot be undone.
The "Project" option will display all projects the user has registered for.
Click the "+" button at the bottom of the table. This will open up a pop-up form and allow you to add a new contact. This will create the person you indicate a new user account, add them to your contacts, and send them an email welcoming them to your website where they can log in and sign-up for projects.
