Sponsors

The sponsor page is a workflow manager for all your sponsors. Based on the settings set up for your sponsor levels, you can add and adjust the status of sponsors and the system will hide/show and add each sponsor accordingly.

Understanding the Workflow

Each sponsor can have a logo (if applicable) and a level. Status options include Inquired, Waiting Payment, and Paid. A sponsor is only added to the front-end website when they are marked as paid.

Notes

You can easily add and update notes for each sponsor with the middle note button.

Assigned Sponsors to a Project

Head to the project's page to assign a sponsor. click "Assign Sponsor" and select which sponsor you want to assign.
